被環境耽誤的小畫家

These are some of the drawings of my late granny, Yoku. After retirement, Yoku spent time on sketching at the back of the fly sheets. Her inspiration may come from a commercial of real estate or a ticket during her voyages.

It looks good, doesn’t it? She used to tell us that she had the potential but she was not able to afford the life as a professional artist. That was the reason we tried to organize the atelier in Paris before the lockdown. When those ignored talents feel they are ready to pick up their unfinished dream, we hope they know Amyoku is there to support them.

P.S. #Amyoku is named after the founder’s mother and grandmother, Amy and Yoku.

這是小編的阿嬤生前的作品。退休的日子裡，阿嬤常在廣告傳單背面空白處作畫。她臨摹的靈感有時來自於旅遊時的票券，有時是預售屋的照片。

看起來還不錯吧？以往阿嬤常跟小編說她有資質，只是環境不允許她變成畫家。這也促成愛苗庫在疫情前推出巴黎藝術工坊和戶外寫生等體驗，希望長輩們想要重拾畫筆時，知道有愛苗庫團隊在這裡等著他們。
